Miami International Airport is the major international airport in the Florida and the largest airport serving flights to Latin American countries. Located in Miami-Dade County, 8 miles southwest of downtown Miami, Miami International Airport offers the maximum international flights in the country. Spread over an area of 3300 acres, the airport has one main terminal and four runways. The terminal is semi-circular in shape and has one straight concourse and five pier-shaped ones. Transportation and baggage claim is at the first level of the terminal and check-in and shopping and dining options at the second level. Immigration and custom facilities are located at concourse E and J.
