A 17 room Victorian main house (shown) with primarily shared baths, and breathtaking views, circa 1909. A twelve room annex which served as the original Mott family farm house with primarily private baths, circa 1709. The Lodge which consists of 15 rooms with primarily shared baths. The Cottage which consists of 7 rooms with primarily private baths.

We have many different types of rooms to fit your needs in both the Main Building and the Mott House, which is located 20 yards away from the Main Building. All of our rooms have private baths, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs. Although we do not have air-conditioning, we have the best ocean breezes on the island.

The Atlantic Inn, on Block Island, welcomes travelers to a relaxing retreat. Set high on a hill, just outside of town the Atlantic Inn is a truly unique and quiet location to savor the delights of Block Island. Looking out from the Inn's wraparound veranda, guests are treated to breathtaking views of Old Harbor and the ocean beyond.

Located in the direct vicinity of the Blue Dory, our cottages and suites are the perfect way to get a little bit more privacy but still be under our care. We have a variety of options, from the cozy little honeymoon suite, to a cottage fit for a family of 8. Our cottages and suites are pet friendly and welcome children of all ages. The Blue Dory, also offers luxury suites, charming cottages and quaint houses with the beach at your doorstep. All the rooms have private baths, carpeting and feature antique decor.
