OUR POSITION IS THAT HELICOPTER OPERATIONS CAN BE CONDUCTED SAFELY FROM THIS HELIPORT PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET: 1. ALL HELICOPTER APPROACH/DEPARTURE ROUTE OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON A 280 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 320 DEGREE EGRESS HEADING / 100 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 140 DEGREE INGRESS HEADING USING THE CENTER OF THE HELIPORT AS THE REFERENCE POINT. OPERATIONS MAY ALSO BE CONDUCTED ON A 020 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 110 DEGREE EGRESS HEADING / 200 DEGREE CLOCKWISE TO 290 DEGREE INGRESS HEADING USING THE CENTER OF THE HELIPORT AS THE REFERENCE POINT. 2. ALL OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED IN VFR WEATHER CONDITIONS. 3. THE LANDING AREA IS LIMITED TO PRIVATE USE. APPROACH/DEPARTURE PATHS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 150/5390-2C, PARAGRAPH 210E. ANY NEW OBSTACLES NOTED WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE AIRPORT DISTRICT OFFICE, FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE OR REGIONAL FLIGHT STANDARDS DIVISION. ADDITIONALLY, FLIGHT STANDARDS RECOMMENDS THAT: 1.
