A FINAL ON-SITE EVALUATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE LINCOLN FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE (FSDO). THIS FAA EVALUATION IS PRELIMINARY ONLY AND THE FINAL PROVISIONS ARE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE ON-SITE EVALUATION BY THE LOCAL FSDO OR OTHER FAA PERSONNEL.
